Director's Biography - Ted Bonnitt
Mau Mau Sex Sex is the first feature movie by Ted Bonnitt. He directed, produced, co-wrote and edited Mau Mau Sex Sex while pioneering new digital video camera and editing technology.

In addition to movie production, Ted's company, 7th Planet Productions, based in Santa Monica, CA independently creates and produces radio campaigns for major motion pictures including Baby Boy, Charlie's Angels, The Patriot, Stuart Little, Bowfinger and Blue Streak. He creates award winning public service campaigns for organizations such as The American Lung Association and Citibank. He produced and hosted "The Bernie Fleshkin Show" comedy program on New York's WBAI Radio for 10 years and has produced numerous projects with members of the Firesign Theatre Comedy Troupe.

As a journalist he has written and produced for CNN, NBC and National Public Radio (where he produced the Peabody award winning program "Heat") and produced a comedy special on future technology for A&E Television. He also created and served as Managing Editor for the award winning syndicated radio news program "World Space Report."

Ted Bonnitt is now working on two feature movie projects:

"In a Nutshell" documents a perspective of paranormal phenomena never seen before, through the eyes of people who have established an ongoing relationship with it. This feature documentary profiles three people who live in different cultures (A Lakota Native American Medicine Man, A Texan remote viewer and an Alabama truck driver) who mentally access a remarkably similar, co-existent realm of higher consciousness. Supported by photographic evidence, the story illustrates how they use their abilities for a variety of purposes from healing people to explaining in advance when UFO’s will appear, and why. "In a Nutshell" also profiles people who have engaged this phenomena with sometimes disastrous results, including former radio host Art Bell. "In a Nutshell" takes a profound and entertaining look into an area of research hotly pursued by amateur investigators and government intelligence agencies alike, and offers a grounded, yet revolutionary perspective on the popular UFO phenomenon. Now in production.

Ted’s other project is a dramatic adventure about a group of recreational "weekend warrior" bikers who mistakenly take a harrowing detour into a past and forgotten corner of America’s Wild West. Produced in collaboration with traditional members of the Pine Ridge Reservation’s Lakota Nation.
