| A lighthearted conversation with elderly Dan Sonney and David Friedman, who between them produced, directed, wrote, acted in, and exhibited such pre-hard-core exploitation films as She Freak and My Tale Is Hot. Friedman has a carnival background, while Sonney learned his craft from his father, who enjoyed early success in movies when he changed the title of his film Maniac to Sex Maniac. The two veterans never took their work very seriously, concocting plots they themselves didn't understand, framing the gore and nudity in moralistic terms to expose "vast evils," and excelling at promotion (one film was advertised with vomit bags labeled "You may need this when you see Blood Feast").
